Melissa Rimoldi, the Founder and CEO of Legion Force, boasts a remarkable automotive career that extends over thirty years. Her relentless passion for overcoming obstacles has allowed her to captivate clients, challenge conventional thinking, and harness profound insights. With a wealth of experience, she skillfully transforms problems into tangible solutions.
In pursuit to level-up the playing field, Melissa is fearlessly challenging the status quo after 30+ years of working from the ground up in every aspect within automotive. Working 17 years with OEMs, 5 years at an Advertising Agency, and over 10 years at several new start-up companies in B2B/B2C, SaaS technology and digital retail solutions. As a result, my mission is simple – I provide real world insights, from the good to the bad, by applying reliable logic to TRANSFORM the dynamics in a complex industry. Legion Force is structured to breakthrough the clutter with a unique consultative approach that is unapologetic, direct, and straight to the point.

1990
With youth and innocence, I embarked on my journey at an OEM and was captivated by the industry. I made history as the first woman to hold the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor in Remanufacturing Operations then shattered barriers as the first female Product Support Engineer in Technical Services; paving the way for future generations of women in automotive.
2000
I mastered the art of balancing family and work life with resilience. I was fast-tracked through various departments at corporate, from warranty to aftersales marketing and then sales operations achieving key business initiatives and successful launches.
2006
At a pivotal moment, I embraced the uncertainty of a new start-up. Designed, developed, and launched an online direct mail solution for BMW of North America. Soon after, I was recruited by Volkswagen Group of America as the Regional Marketing Manager for the Western Region, overseeing advertising across Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III, as well as managing dealer ad associations media, sponsorships, experiential events and budgets.
2016
I finally achieved my dream role at Innocean Worldwide, as the agency of record for Hyundai Motors America. After five fulfilling years, I was drawn back into the vendor space to help scale a SaaS technology by leveraging my experience, skills, insights and network to achieve profitable growth and revenue goals.
2024
I uncovered my true purpose, recognizing the power of individuality, wisdom, and potential. My diversity and dichotomy of experience in the automotive industry expanded my drive to launch a platform positioned to challenge the status quo by breaking through conventional thinking.
